Registration :

The registration form (word or pdf) has to be compiled with your personal data and sent by email to NUSAF-Secretariat or by fax to +39 0332 78 9185.

Deadline for the registration is 31 December 2009. Early registration for the course is recommended because the participation is limited with a numerus clausus of 60.

Hotel accommodation :

For students: The JRC foresees student accommodation (2 students/room) in the hotel Europa (Ispra), and organises JRC shuttle service to and from the Ispra research centre. Both free of charge. Neither the travel to Italy (Milan airport or railway station) nor any personal taxi are reimbursed. Students of New Member States or Accession Countries can apply with motivation letter for additional funding of their flight, in case needed.

Transportation:
We kindly inform you that transport service from Milan Malpensa International airport (MXP) to the meeting venue will be provided by bus according to a fixed timetable.
While planning your trip you may want to take into consideration that the JRC will be providing a shuttle bus service according to the following schedule:
Between Milan Malpensa International airport (MXP) and the hotel:
Sunday 21 March at 14:00*
Sunday 21 March at 21:00*
Between the meeting venue and Milan Malpensa International airport (MXP):
Friday 26 March at 17:00*
Between the hotel and milan malpensa international airport (MXP):
Saturday 27 March at 10.00*
